Hello, My name is Donna Seymour. I am a registered Herbalist, Bowen Therapist and Australian Bush Flower Essence and Reiki Practitioner.  I also conduct Angel Essence consultations.

I completed my Bachelor of Western Herbal Medicine in July 2013 through the Endeavour College of Natural Medicine in Brisbane. I have found the Western Herbs can improve your health in lots of different ways.  These ways include developing a healthy sleep pattern,  boosting your immune system, improving your energy levels, reducing inflammation, helping skin conditions.   During a consultation I gain information from you with regard to health history, medications or/and supplements that you are taking, lifestyle e.g. where you work, do you have children, husband, relaxation techniques, exercise and your eating programme.

I completed my Diploma of Bowen Therapy through Bowen Training Australia. I have been practising Bowen Therapy for approximately 12 years. I learnt Bowen Therapy whilst located in north Queensland and have continued to practice in my current locations at Buderim and Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.  Over the time I have practiced Bowen Therapy I find people come away from a treatment feeling very relaxed, pain reduction to elimination and a lot happier in themselves.

I practice Reiki as well.  I find Reiki helps calm people/mums/dads whilst living a busy life.  It is nice to see them take time out of their busy routine to relax and breathe!  Sometimes a reiki treatment is needed to relax muscles prior to a Bowen Therapy treatment.

I have been using the Australian Bush Flowers for approximately 15 years. A naturopath introduced me to the Australian Bush Flowers when my first child was two years of age and throwing tantrums. I have used them on my family and regularly do consultations with children and adults alike. I find the Australian Bush Flowers very effective in balancing the body both emotionally, physically and spiritually.

​My angel essence consultations involve filling a consultation form out including what you would like the angels to help you with.  From there we work out the angel or angels best to help you with your current situation.  An Angel Essence bottle is prepared for you outlining amount of drops to take and frequency.  I also recommend a follow-up consultation to check to see if the situation you were concerned with is rectified and if you require other angels to help out.

​A combination of the above-mentioned therapies I find to be very helpful in regaining your health.
