Hope all are well. I thought I would share some more information with you about your cardiovascular health and your crown chakra.
Some foods to include in your diet which would improve the health of your heart include blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, green leafy vegetables, beetroot as juice or supplement, fresh crushed raw garlic ½ - 1 clove/day, green tea (3-4 cups/day), turmeric, ginger and legumes. The Mediterranean diet is ideal to follow to improve the health of your heart.
Also light exercise such as light jogging is also helpful. Marathon running is not advised as it could do harm to your heart. Take note also that anxiety, depression and stress can also affect the health of your heart.
Here is the final chakra in my chakra talk and that is the Crown chakra. As usual I will go through the different therapies that I practice and how you can balance your Crown chakra either by using one therapy at a time or a combination of the different therapies. The different therapies include Flower Essences, Bowen Therapy and Herbs.
The Crown Chakra is situated above the crown of the head. Some physical imbalances of this chakra can involve the unwillingness to be open to other ideas, thoughts, or knowledge. Feeling ungrounded can also happen as well as vertigo.
Australian Bush Flower Essences can also help you balance your Crown Chakra. Some of the flower essences I recommend are Angelsword (clears aura), Pink Mulla Mulla (trust and interaction with people) and Red Lily (to ground and feel decisive).
The Bowen Therapy moves that can be helpful in balancing your Crown Chakra can include Ankle/Hammertoe moves (to feel grounded and bring your awareness to your feet), TMJ (to release restriction in your jaw and help you to communicate) and Psoas (to release muscles from one end of your body to the other).
Some foods to help balance your Crown Chakra include blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.
I have listened to an interesting webinar on Mental Health conducted by Ian White from the Australian Bush Flower Essences so I will share some information from this webinar in the coming months.
Take care, enjoy May and this beautiful sunshine (if you are on the Sunshine Coast).
